   ‘Tomouh' (Ambition) Program in KSA

Under the patronage of HRH Prince Khalid Al-Faisal-Governor of Makkah Province, King Abdullah Economic City (KAEC) has signed an agreement with King Abdul-Aziz University (KAAU) to train students to be better prepared for the labor market.

Under the agreement, 1,000 male and female high school students from Rabigh and nearby towns will be trained in Soft-Skills, computer and languages skills through Al Khaleej for Training & Education in KSA.

This initiative is part of KAEC's annual ‘Tomouh' (Ambition) program running under the banner of ‘My Future...My Responsibility'.

The training will be conducted over four months. Since the Ambition program kicked off,, more than 700 young Saudis have benefited from the training courses.

  Sharjah’s Government Service Excellence Program

Directorate Of Human Resources in Sharjah Celebrated, the graduation of participants in the " Sharjah’s Government Service Excellence Program " The certifications program was developed by Track Learning Solutions the sole distributor of the international soft skills program, CBP-Certified Business Professional & CYBP-Certified Young Business Professional, which is accredited by IBTA, USA. In addition, other students are graduated from the "polarization and personal interview and selection" Program at the Institute of Training and Judicial Studies in Sharjah, as well as the program of “Internal Quality Control preparation", the "Integrated program in the accounting for non-accountants" in Al-Dafien Branch. With presence of Dr. Tarek Sultan Bin Khadim member of the Executive Council Chairman of the Human Resources Department.
The d. Tariq bin Khadim keenness on the success of national cadres through training and rehabilitation and development of these cadres in accordance with the system and the highest degree of efficiency.
He explained that the department pays attention to the implementation of professional training and for the development of professional performance in the various functional disciplines, which enables participants to obtain international accredited certification programs. He pointed out that "the program of “Sharjah’s Government Service Excellence Program” provides the basic rules that enable participants to offer customers high quality service.

   Client Service Excellence Professional Diploma

Lt. General HH Sheikh Saif bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Interior, witnessed the signing ceremony of an agreement between the Ministry of Interior and Etisalat Academy (IBTA Authorized Training Provider in UAE). The agreement introduces a diploma on client service excellence. It aims to improve the skills of front-desk employees who provide services to the public and elevate them to international standards..


  Emirate’s Government Service Excellence Program

Track Learning Solutions have developed new contents under “Emirate’s government service  Excellence program” partnered with Etisalat academy, which was designed to The Prime Minister’s Office (UAE). This program provides a training  to 6,000 government employees so far under the CBP certification accredited by IBTA. The 6,000 employees are spread  over approximately 400 customer service centers across the UAE. Ms. Alamery -  Customer Service Development -  Announced that the program was designed to support the government effort to improve the customer service level and increase the customer satisfaction

Designed and Developed the Basic Skills Program to prepare the job seekers in coordination with "The National Human Resource Development & Employment Authority"

  Developed and equipped a program for the Emirati job seekers in coordination with Abu Dhabi Emiratization Council.
