Dear Certified Business Professional Community,

As a result of contemporary events unfolding, we are approaching a brand new reality and certainly, many challenges are waiting in the New Year, but we are hopeful and optimistic that we are on the track toward positive change and the transformation has already started.

We are also very grateful not only to our partners all over GCC and MENA who have experienced our custom in the last few years but to the new comers who believed in the importance of our work.

We are very pleased to announce our many achievements of 2011 and we promise that in 2012 we will keep this tradition. Particularly at this point I would like to welcome all new program providers who were inspired by our success and assure them that we will never look upon them as competitors but rather as associates in the peruse to enhance employability and provide our youth with what is rightfully theirs in terms of the training on skills that will strengthen their contribution to their societies and facilitates a better life to them.

Thank you for your dedication to learning and your commitment to excellence.

With kind regards,

Elie G. Shaaya
