Certified Business Professional (CBP) is recognized by most
organizations and companies around the world. CBP’s presence encompasses many

How long is a Certified Business
Professional (CBP) course?
All Certified Business Professional (CBP) courses take two
weeks or less for completion, on average. However, please be aware that course
durations may vary depending on training center preference.

How many levels of Certified Business
Professional (CBP) courses are there?
There are three levels to CBP courses: Foundation,
Executive, and Master Executive. Each of these levels has a number of different
courses that full within them that a candidate can choose to study.

What qualifies the Certified Business
Professional
Authorized Training Providers (ATP) to offer this professional
certification?
The Certified Business Professional
Authorized Training Providers committee requires that training centers
express their commitment to quality instruction and program delivery. Upon
meeting these requirements, training centers are then empowered to offer the CBP
program and become Authorized Training Providers.

How much is the registration fee for
an
Authorized Training Provider (ATP)?
The registration fee for ATPs is $2,500 per year per
Authorized Training Center.
2.
Can an
Authorized Training Provider (ATP) rebrand/co brand the training kit?
You can co brand in your marketing effort; however, it is
not permissible that the content of the material is changed. If you need to
localize the material, we are ready to listen to your suggestions!
Students / Candidates Inquiries
1.
How do I get certified?
There are two steps to attaining the Certified Business
Professional certification:

Attend the official courses at a Certified
Business Professional Authorized Training Partner, and possess course completion
certificates. A list of all current Authorized Training Providers

After completing the official courses, the
candidate must pass a multiple-choice scenario based certification exam, ‘The
CBP certification exam’ at a Prometric Authorized Testing Center.
2.
I don’t have an
Authorized Training Provider (ATP) in my current location, how can I
enroll in a Certified Business Professional (CBP) course?
If you have any training centers near by that you would
like to recommend as an Authorized Training Provider, please send us an email
with their information and we will approach the center with our products.

What are the benefits of Certified Business Professional

Certified Business Professional

Yes, everyone can study a Certified Business Professional

Can I study a Certified Business
Professional (CBP) course online independently?
Certified Business Professional
courses are being taught exclusively through our Authorized Training Providers
in direct contact sessions. The experience gained from enrolling in a Certified
Business Professional course is through the practical and hands-on training
provided in these courses.
6. When do I receive my certificate after completing a Certified Business
Professional (CBP) course?
You will receive your certificate of completion Four to six weeks after passing
all the exams required for your Ccertified Business Professional job role.
7.
Where can I buy the study materials
from?
Study materials are available
exclusively through our Authorized Training Providers. Upon enrollment in a
Certified Business Professional (CBP) course, you will receive a kit that
includes the study materials that will be covered in the course by your
instructor, with the purchase of this kit there will be no extra chargers
required for the exam.
8.
Can I take an exam more than once?
There is no limit on the number of times a given Certified
Business Professional (CBP) exam can be taken. However, you will be charged an
extra fee for each exam retake.
9.
Can I register for the Certified
Business Professional (CBP) exams without taking the courses?
Certified Business Professional certification exams are
only available as part of the study kit provided once a student registers for a
course.
10.
What happens on the day I take my exam?
The following steps should be taken:

Present two forms of identification; at least
one must include a photograph.
·
Pay your exam fee if it is still due.
·
Leave any study materials, calculators, cell
phones, pages, or other items with the exam center administrator. CBP
certification exams are closed-book, proctored examinations.
·
Take the computer-based certification
examination. The examination may include brief surveys, which will not count
against your examination time. You can also take a brief tutorial session if you
want assistance using the exam software.
·
Achieve the passing score requirements for
the exam.
11.
What is the format of the exam?
Certified Business Professional (CBP)
exams are not written exams. Instead, the exams are performance-based. Using the
real life scenarios, exam candidates are asked to perform a series of tasks to
clearly demonstrate their skills.
12.
If I don’t pass an exam, can I get a refund?
Unfortunately, refunds are not
available for failing exam scores or missed exam appointments.
13.
