Program Overview

Recent studies in management sciences emphasizes on the importance of personal relationships and positive interaction between employees in the organization, and the significant impact on the nature of this interaction results to productivity, corporate culture and employee loyalty. Job satisfaction and happiness is the cornerstone of an organization’s development, whatever its size or scope.

Program Objectives

Job loyalty is defined as “the positive feeling generated by an employee towards the organization, commitment to its values, devotion to its objectives, and a constant sense of connectivity and pride to be part of it.” The real challenge for officials is to create an attractive work environment in the facility and deepen the principle of job loyalty for employees, and introduce motivational elements in all its forms; financially and morally. In general, the main objectives of this program can be summarized as follows:

  • To know the concept of healthy environment and job understanding
  • Enhance harmony and job satisfaction within the organization
  • Creating an organizational culture of appreciation and cooperation
  • To employ competencies effectively in order to increase productivity
  • Enhance staff loyalty and sense of belonging

Pre-requisites

This program requires that students meet the following prerequisites:

  1. The candidate must have a commitment to the pursuit of
  2. The candidate must have completed a high school or secondary school diploma or similar educational
  3. The trainer must be a CBP™ at ATP accredited training center or a candidate to be a CBP™

Program Duration

The duration of this program is 15 training hours. The training hours vary according to the schedules of the certified and Authorized CBP – Certified Business Professional centers.

Program Language Delivery

This program is delivered in English Language by certified CBP™ trainers.
