DUBAI, 1st April / His Highness Lieutenant-General Sheikh Saif bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Interior, witnessed the graduation of a new batch of participants of the Customer Happiness Diploma in its seventh batch, one of the initiatives of the Ministry of Interior’s happiness and quality of life program implemented by the General Administration for happiness.
“202” associates representing 50 entities from various ministries, institutions, federal and local bodies, as well as companies and institutions operating in the private sector, have graduated and have passed the graduation requirements with distinction and success.
His Highness also witnessed the graduation of 44 associates from the Ministry of Interior and the general leadership of the police in the country who completed a program that qualifies them in the field of child protection as specialists.
His Highness congratulated the graduates and distinguished students, inviting them to benefit from what they learned in developing the work process. His Highness also extended his thanks and appreciation to the partners, public and private entities supporting the diploma, and to the diploma work team for their efforts in achieving the goals of these programs working in developing the capabilities and skills of human cadres.
The ceremony was attended by General Sheikh Rashid bin Abdullah Al Khalifa, Bahraini Minister of Interior, Major General Khalifa Hareb Al Khaili, Undersecretary of the Ministry of Interior, Major General Sheikh Mohammed bin Tahnoun Al Nahyan, Director of Security and Ports Affairs Sector at Abu Dhabi Police, Brigadier Nasser Khadem Al Kaabi, Director General of Happiness at the Ministry of Interior, and several Officers, families and families of graduates.

The cooperating partners in the success of the diploma program – the seventh batch – were honored, including the Prime Minister’s Office, the Etisalat Academy and the Abu Dhabi Digital Authority. In addition, 5 pioneering projects that were implemented by the seventh batch of Customer Happiness Diploma employees were honored. These projects are within the diploma that represent innovative practical applications that contribute to the advancement and development of the work system.

The diploma targeted front-end employees and supervisors in governmental, semi-governmental, and private sectors.
The diploma was implemented in 4 training sites at the state level, in person and from a distance, which included international tests and field visits to the best institutions and distinguished entities to provide services, and the award of an international certificate “Business Professional”. It also included a future services forum for executives and supervisors of customer happiness centers in government agencies.
The topics of the study in the seventh batch, through 95 training hours, spanning 4 months of study, included topics in the positive organization and quality of life in the work environment, effective and digital communication tools, future skills, customer happiness, digital welfare centers, customer happiness, and proactiveness in customer happiness “preparing for the fifty” And digital technologies in customer happiness “artificial intelligence and innovation”.
General Sheikh Saif bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Interior, witnessed at Expo 2020 Dubai headquarters the graduation of 44 associates from the Ministry of Interior and the general police leadership in the country who completed a program that qualifies them in the field of child protection as specialists.
This program aims to qualify a professional cadre specialized in dealing with complaints against children, raise the competencies of workers in the field of child protection and acquire the necessary skills.
The training axes of the program included the legal axis, the psychosocial axis, the interview of children, the axis of mindfulness, and the axis of the courts and prosecutions, in coordination with the National Center for the Defense of Children / USA / other bodies specialized in the field of child protection.
