Saif Bin Zayed Witnesses The Graduation Of The Seventh Batch Of The Customer Happiness Diploma And 44 Employees As Specialists In The Fields Of Child Protection, At Expo

DUBAI, 1st April / His Highness Lieutenant-General Sheikh Saif bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Interior, witnessed the graduation of a new batch of participants of the Customer Happiness Diploma in its seventh batch, one of the initiatives of the Ministry of Interior’s happiness and quality of life program implemented by the General Administration for happiness.

“202” associates representing 50 entities from various ministries, institutions, federal and local bodies, as well as companies and institutions operating in the private sector, have graduated and have passed the graduation requirements with distinction and success.
His Highness also witnessed the graduation of 44 associates from the Ministry of Interior and the general leadership of the police in the country who completed a program that qualifies them in the field of child protection as specialists.
His Highness congratulated the graduates and distinguished students, inviting them to benefit from what they learned in developing the work process. His Highness also extended his thanks and appreciation to the partners, public and private entities supporting the diploma, and to the diploma work team for their efforts in achieving the goals of these programs working in developing the capabilities and skills of human cadres.

The ceremony was attended by General Sheikh Rashid bin Abdullah Al Khalifa, Bahraini Minister of Interior, Major General Khalifa Hareb Al Khaili, Undersecretary of the Ministry of Interior, Major General Sheikh Mohammed bin Tahnoun Al Nahyan, Director of Security and Ports Affairs Sector at Abu Dhabi Police, Brigadier Nasser Khadem Al Kaabi, Director General of Happiness at the Ministry of Interior, and several Officers, families and families of graduates.
The top ten came to the seventh batch of dealers’ happiness diploma graduates, respectively, Fatima Ali Abdullah Al Dhahouri from the Ministry of Interior, Iman Suhail Ali Musabeh Al Samahi from Saed, Iman Khalifa Ali Al Kaabi from Ajman Insurance, Fatima Obaid Rashid Al Kaabi from the Ministry of Community Development, and Shatha Abdullah Saif Al Owaid Al Muhairi from the Ras Al Khaimah Chamber, Asmaa Salem Ahmed Al Hantobi from the Fujairah Natural Resources Corporation, Fatima Salem Saif Lakhribani Al Nuaimi from the Emirates Red Crescent, Hend Hussain Abdullah Ahli from the Department of Finance, Hana Khalifa Al Abbar from the Dubai Electricity and Water Authority, and Sheikha Yousef Ali Al Maa Al Suwaidi from the Department of Finance. The cooperating partners in the success of the diploma program – the seventh batch – were honored, including the Prime Minister’s Office, the Etisalat Academy and the Abu Dhabi Digital Authority. In addition, 5 pioneering projects that were implemented by the seventh batch of Customer Happiness Diploma employees were honored. These projects are within the diploma that represent innovative practical applications that contribute to the advancement and development of the work system.
Also, 5 pioneering projects were honored by the 7th batch customers’ happiness diploma, which are projects within the diploma that represent innovative practical applications that contribute to the progress and development of the work system.

The diploma targeted front-end employees and supervisors in governmental, semi-governmental, and private sectors.
The diploma was implemented in 4 training sites at the state level, in person and from a distance, which included international tests and field visits to the best institutions and distinguished entities to provide services, and the award of an international certificate “Business Professional”. It also included a future services forum for executives and supervisors of customer happiness centers in government agencies.

The topics of the study in the seventh batch, through 95 training hours, spanning 4 months of study, included topics in the positive organization and quality of life in the work environment, effective and digital communication tools, future skills, customer happiness, digital welfare centers, customer happiness, and proactiveness in customer happiness “preparing for the fifty” And digital technologies in customer happiness “artificial intelligence and innovation”.

General Sheikh Saif bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Interior, witnessed at Expo 2020 Dubai headquarters the graduation of 44 associates from the Ministry of Interior and the general police leadership in the country who completed a program that qualifies them in the field of child protection as specialists.

This program aims to qualify a professional cadre specialized in dealing with complaints against children, raise the competencies of workers in the field of child protection and acquire the necessary skills.

The training axes of the program included the legal axis, the psychosocial axis, the interview of children, the axis of mindfulness, and the axis of the courts and prosecutions, in coordination with the National Center for the Defense of Children / USA / other bodies specialized in the field of child protection.

Lieutenant-General Sheikh Saif bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Interior witnessed the virtual ceremony that was held via remote communication technology on the occasion of the graduation of the sixth batch of employees of the Customer Happiness Diploma Program, which is held by the Ministry of Interior represented by the General Department of Happiness in cooperation with the Etisalat Academy.

Creative leaders program

Track IBTA-Arabia developed Creative Leaders Program for Aramco and Al-Khaleej in KSA. Certified Trainer was appointed to deliver the Training of Trainer(TOT) Program for 12 Trainers. These trainers passed the international exam and are now certified and ready to train 3000 students aged between 14-18.

American University in RAK successfully completed the training program “CYBP” In cooperation with EFE and IBTA

AURAK Session Entrepreneurship

CYBP offered by a group of students in collaboration with EFE Education for Employment and IBTA where the students passed the international exam successfully.

The University has given thanks to IBTA Arabia through Ms. Najah Alwani the Director of the Continues Education Department for the successful training program.

The students also emphasized that they have benefited substantially from this program, which prepared them to enter the Business market and entrepreneurship.

HH Sheikh Saif bin Zayed Al Nahyan ATTENDS THE GRADUATION OF A NEW BATCH OF MOI CUSTOMER HAPPINESS DIPLOMA

Lt. General HH Sheikh Saif bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Interior (MoI) attended today morning (Monday) the graduation ceremony of the 4th batch of the Customer Happiness Diploma program. Completing the course requirements, the graduates included 262 recruits from 55 entities including ministries, institutions, federal and local establishments, along with corporates and institutions working in the private sector. The ceremony was held at the Aloft Abu Dhabi in Abu Dhabi National Exhibition Centre.

Under the patronage of HRH Prince Khalid Al-Faisal-Governor of Makkah Province, King Abdullah Economic City (KAEC) has signed an agreement with King Abdul-Aziz University (KAAU) to train students to be better prepared for the labor market. Under the agreement, 1,000 male and female high school students from Rabigh and nearby towns will be trained in Soft-Skills, computer and languages skills through Al Khaleej for Training & Education in KSA.
