Program Overview
The “Successful Leaders for Middle Management” program offers a wide range of solutions to develop human resources and enhance the competitiveness of organizations across different disciplines; where participants will gain leadership experience and skills, boost their managerial and technical abilities; enhance their competence in leading their organizations, taking advantage of opportunities and changes, tackle problems and guide manpower. The leader must have unquestionable personal traits that includes balance, honesty, good behavior, prudence in making important decisions, etc.; this is what we offer in the context of this program.
Program Objectives
There is no doubt that a successful leader has qualities that must be possessed in order to achieve the concept of leadership and be a role model, and therefore it is necessary and important to form exceptional leaders from middle management level who have practical and leadership experience and skills to qualify them to lead the organization at any time in cases of delegation of authority. In this training program, we will learn about the objectives, importance and constraints of the delegation as well as the characteristics of the person being delegated, the concept of leadership succession, the depth of the delegation selection and processes to qualify leaders from middle management. In general, the main objectives of this program can be summarized as follows:

Pre-requisites
This program requires that students meet the following prerequisites:
- The candidate must have a commitment to the pursuit of
- The candidate must have completed a high school or secondary school diploma or similar educational
- The trainer must be a CBP™ at ATP accredited training center or a candidate to be a CBP™
Program Duration
The duration of this program is 15 training hours. The training hours vary according to the schedules of the certified and Authorized CBP – Certified Business Professional centers.
